Please accept my warmest thanks for all the splendid work that Chudley's have done for me over recent years.

Lorries and vans have whizzed accross the Channel and back again, not once or twicebut at least four times - with load after load - to say nothing of the move from Somerset to Devon. We won't even speak of the nightmare loading and unloading to get me into my latest abode, thanks to narrow lanes and impassable corners. And all accomplished with remarkable skill, patience and good humour by the Chudley team who clearly subscribe to the belief that if there's a problem there's got to be a solution.

So huge thanks to you all whove been so wonderful at packing and shifting and driving thousands of kilometres. Im not naming every single one of you by name but you know who you are - and im most grateful.

Just a quick note to thank you, Hugh, Adam, Becky and all the friendly, helpful and efficient staff, certainly including those assigned to packing and moving the items for shipment, for their work in shipping our items from Sherborne to Saint Cloud, FL.

The final items arrived last week, all in wonderful condition and safely delivered to my home.

I'm sure you know this but items that just seem to be another chair, book, photo or cutting board may be perceived by some as inanimate objects to be packed and shipped like some factory item but as we know many of these items hold special memories and connections to family members we loved and cared for during our lifetimes. The service that you provided throughout was the best that I have experienced during many years and numerous house moves due to work relocations. From the initial quotation through to the day of moving went smoothly and stress free. All of the staff that we came into contact with in person and by phone was helpful and polite at all times. The staff were smartly dressed in the company uniform and conducted themselves in a professional manner. When we requested additional packaging materials they were delivered at our convenience.

I would like to make a special thank you to the men that actually moved our belongings on the day of the removal. They treated our property and possessions with the greatest of respect, carpets were covered with protective materials and items of furniture were wrapped in blankets. Even when our curious young daughter was in the way on several occasions it was not a problem to your staff and they humoured her on which for her was quite a confusing day.

In summary, great service by a group of people that were polite, professional and with an attitude that nothing would be a problem if something was asked of them. Thank you.

Greetings from New Zealand, Finally got motorcycle crate and sea chest cleared etc and picked up last week, (NZ end delays). I write to thank you, Hugh, and your team for the great service. There was no damage and nothing lost, the crate was well made and obvious thought and care in the packaging. You must have had a lot more time on your hands recently, not having to respond to my flow of e-mail questions and messages. Believe it or not, the shipment of my brother's chattels was delivered yesterday. It has been a long time coming! The delivery was made to my sister and brother-in-law's home because they have a two-car garage for storage. Believe me, everyone got a good laugh when I identified the ironing board and clothes drying rack! (They think I am crazy anyway!)

Seriously, though, they were very impressed with how well you had packaged everything. My brother-in-law is very conscientious, and even he was singing your praises. Just a short note to let you know that our container arrived safe and sound and a day early. Everything inside was still 100% secure and sound.
